Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular antenatal examination in obstetrical clinic of our hospital; 2. Pregnant women in early pregnancy; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Volunteer to participate in this study; 5. Can cooperate with the follow-up observation during pregnancy and postpartum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by other diseases that cause elevated blood pressure or positive urine protein, such as acute and chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, stenosis of renal artery, adrenal tumors, etc.; 2. Patients with organic diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs; 3. This pregnancy is a multiple pregnancy; 4. Those who suffer from psychiatric disorders and can not cooperate; 5. Other complications occurred during this pregnancy; 6. Unwilling to participate in this research.
