Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2. Individuals unable to consume food orally, those with swallowing dysfunction, or those at high risk of aspiration; 3.Patients exhibiting symptoms of feeding intolerance, gastric retention, reflux, or aspiration; 4.Patients undergoing esophageal or gastric surgical procedures;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals presenting with concomitant upper gastrointestinal bleeding, gastric perforation, intestinal necrosis, esophageal varices, or symptoms of esophageal stricture; 2.Patients with altered gastrointestinal anatomical structure following surgical procedures; 3.Individuals with severe coagulopathy; 4.Participants involved in other clinical trials;
