preoperative Buccal acupuncture combined with general anesthesia group (group A):Patients were given buccal needle acupuncture 30 minutes before induction of anesthesia.the patients(group A) in the
group B was treated with Buccal acupuncture at the end of induction of anesthesia until the end of suture:the patients(group B) in the observation group were treated with bilateral cervical acupunctur
the control group (group C):Group C (control group): Intravenous anesthesia alone was used, and no buccal acupuncture treatment was given.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who choose posterior lumbar open surgery;2.aged between 45 and 65 years old;3.American Association of Anesthesiologists (Americansocietyofanesthesiologists,ASA) anesthesia grade ?-?;4.voluntarily accept and cooperate with this trial treatment method, follow-up plan, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.skin diseases, tumors or infections at acupuncture points; 2.sedation and analgesia drugs were used within 3 days before operation; 3.patients with neuropsychiatric diseases, epilepsy or abnormal intelligence; 4.patients with implanted pacemakers, defibrillators and other electrophysiological devices; 5.patients with endocrine diseases such as diabetes, Cushing syndrome, pituitary adenomas and adrenocortical diseases; 6.patients with ASA grade ?-V.
