Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. OCD patients group: (1) Meets the OCD diagnostic criteria in the 5th edition (DSM-5) of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders; (2) The total score on the Yale-Brown OCD Scale (Y-BOCS) is >16 points; (3) 18-45 years old, right-handed, educated in junior high school or above, normal vision; (4) Two psychiatrists with the title or above of the attending physician diagnosed contamination/washing as the main symptom; (5) Sign the informed consent form. 2. Health control group: (1) 18-45 years old, right-handed, educated in junior high school or above, normal vision; (2) No meets the diagnostic criteria for mental disorders in the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders in the United States (DSM-5); (3) No history of mental illness and family history of mental illness; (4) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. OCD patients group: (1) Have a history of brain organic diseases and major somatic diseases; (2) It meets the diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, tic disorder, personality disorder, and other mental disorders; (3) Evidence of drug dependence and psychoactive substance use; (4) Patients who have taken psychotropic substances within 4 weeks before entering the group, or have received systematic CBT and neuromodulation treatment in the past; (5) Those who have metal implants and metal dentures in the body, are in pregnancy, lactation, claustrophobia, and other people who cannot perform MRI scans. 2. Health control group: (1) Have a history of brain organic diseases and major somatic diseases; (2) Evidence of drug dependence and psychoactive substance use; (3) Those who have metal implants and metal dentures in the body, are in pregnancy, lactation, claustrophobia, and other people who cannot perform MRI scans.
