18 Years to 44 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age 36-40 weeks 2. Age >=18 years old 3. Pre-pregnancy BMI 18.5-24.9 kg/m² (WHO classification) 4. Excessive gestational weight gain (GWG) exceeding IOM guidelines 5. Spontaneous vaginal delivery 6. Singleton live birth with APGAR score =8 at 5 minutes 7. Digital literacy competency 8. Adequate communication capacity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically diagnosed obstetric complications or pregnancy-associated comorbidities ; 2. Concomitant severe chronic diseases confirmed by clinical evaluation ; 3. Psychiatric/consciousness disorders with medical documentation
