18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria in the "Thyroid Tumor Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"; 2. Fulfilling the surgical intervention criteria; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Conscious patients with effective communication ability and treatment compliance; 5. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ectopic thyroid gland (not meeting standard thyroid tumor surgical criteria); 2. History of cervical spondylosis, migraine, hyperthyroidism, asthma, or pharyngitis; 3. Psychiatric disorders impairing effective communication; 4. Severe comorbidities (including uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, pulmonary insufficiency, or active infections).
