Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2023 version of "Quality Control Indicators for the Standard Diagnosis and Treatment of Prostate Cancer in China" and is clinically diagnosed; has undergone radical prostatectomy; VES-13 frailty score > 3 points; is willing to undergo 9-week follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney or brain diseases; patients with severe mental disorders who are unable to communicate normally; patients with severe hearing or vision impairments; patients judged by doctors as not suitable for exercise training due to diseases that prohibit activity or mobility impairment; patients who cannot use mobile phones or other electronic communication devices; patients who are weak before surgery.
