Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Upper limb fractures such as clavicle fractures, humerus fractures, ulnar and radius fractures; Or lower extremity fracture such as femur fracture, patella fracture, tibia fracture, ankle fracture, calcaneus fracture; 2.fracture within 3 weeks; 3.Age 18-80 years old; 4.ASA?-???; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of analgesic drug abuse; 2. History of allergy to analgesic drugs; 3. Removal of internal fixation device; 4. Infectious osteoarthropathy or osteomyelitis; 5. Postoperative unconsciousness.
