Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy control inclusion criteria: age 18 years old or above, no blood relationship with the case group. Healthy control exclusion criteria: 1.no use of immunosuppressants, hormones, biologics, etc. in the last month; 2. no history of malignant tumors, AIDs, etc.; 3. exclusion of those who have combined serious heart, liver, kidney failure and those who have combined serious infections. The control group and the case group were matched according to age, gender, and whether they suffered from diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia factors. Inclusion criteria of HZ patients: 1.Age 18 years old or above, clear diagnosis: red corn-like or soy-like papules distributed in clusters along the innervated area on one side of the body, accompanied by blisters, and herpes onset cycle is less than 3 months; 2.accompanied by neuropathic pain in the lesion area during the course of the disease. 3.The general condition is acceptable, without serious comorbidities. Inclusion criteria for PHN patients: 1. Age 18 years or older, herpes has healed and the pain lasted for more than 3 months; 2. Pain visual analog score (VAS) > 3 during the pain episode before treatment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1.no use of immunosuppressants, hormones, biologics, etc. in the last month; 2. no history of malignant tumors, AIDs, etc.; 3. exclusion of patients with severe combined cardiac, hepatic, renal failure and those with severe combined infections. Exclusion criteria for patients with HZ and PHN: 1.exclude patients with acute and chronic pain diseases other than PHN; 2.patients with severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency or severe liver, renal and cardiovascular diseases; 3.patients with autoimmune diseases (e.g., AIDS, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis); 4.patients with malignant tumors; 5.patients with pregnancy (or positive results of blood pregnancy) or lactation; 6.women with long-term use of hormones, immunosuppressants or alcohol and drug abuse; 7.Alcohol and drug abuse; 8.Mental anomalies can not obtain informed consent; 9. Other conditions judged by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this study.
