Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-35 years old; 2. SE: -6.00D to -0.50D; Astigmatism less than 1.50D; 3. Optimal corrected visual acuity of 1.0 or above in both eyes; 4. The adjustment amplitude of both eyes was greater than or equal to 6.00D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anisometropia: the equivalent spherical lens difference of both eyes = 1.00D; 2. strabismus, amblyopia, binocular or stereoscopic abnormalities; 3.History of choroidal disease, retinal disease, or other diseases of the posterior part of the eye; 4. A history of corneal pannus, cataracts or other dioptric media turbidity; 5. Long-term contact lens wearing history in the past 3 months; 6. History of eye trauma and surgery; 7. Severe dry eye.
