Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The MMSE score was 20 points, in line with the diagnostic criteria for AD-derived MCI established by NIA-AA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with MCI caused by other causes (such as Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disease, lewy body disease, autoimmune encephalopathy, etc.); A history of substance abuse or drug or alcohol dependence within the past 1 year. Patients with severe neuropsychiatric illness or a history of severe neurological illness or brain trauma or brain surgery. Have a serious underlying or physical illness or illness that may affect the assessment (e.g. hearing, visual impairment, etc.). Intracranial stents, pacemakers, coronary stents, cochlear implants and other implantable metal materials were installed. Currently participating in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices. Patients taking lencanizumab; Patients who refuse to sign informed consent forms. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
