Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old, male or female; 2.In all patients undergoing LPD surgery, the lesion types include but are not limited to pancreatic cancer, ampulla tumor, duodenal tumor, chronic pancreatitis, benign pancreatic tumor, and biliary tract disease; 3.Complete perioperative information and postoperative follow-up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative follow-up data were incomplete, including patients with missing key data such as postoperative complications, length of stay, and survival; 2.Patients whose intraoperative or postoperative cause of death is not clear, if the patient died in the hospital after the operation and the cause of death cannot be confirmed to be related to surgery or complications, consider excluding the patient; 3.Patients requiring combined extensive resection (except cholecystectomy) or patients with intraoperative metastases.
