Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No serious systemic or mental illness; 2.Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form; 3.Diagnosed with dental anxiety (MDAS score >= 15); 4. Age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recently received dental anxiety intervention treatment; 2.Unable to use smart devices or complete follow-up;
