Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with singleton pregnancies who underwent ultrasound screening of fetal nuchal translucency (NT) in our hospital at 11~13?6 weeks of pregnancy, and underwent maternal serological screening of aneuploidy in our hospital in the first trimester, with a head and hip length of 45-74 mm; 2. Voluntary participants; 3. Pregnant women and their families are aware of this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Subsequent delivery of live infants with normal phenotypes or stillbirth at >=24 weeks of gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancies; 2. Fetal malformations and chromosomal diseases; 3. Termination of pregnancy or miscarriage.
