Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 16 years old, = 80 years old in our department diagnosed with dry eye, glaucoma, keratoconus, diabetic retinopathy and other eye diseases and Alzheimer 's disease, Parkinson 's disease, stroke and other systemic diseases in patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) The patient was 80 years old. ( 2 ) Patients with a history of ocular trauma ; ( 3 ) patients with ocular physical and chemical damage ; ( 4 ) Patients with ocular genetic diseases
