18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer was confirmed by pathological examination and >=6 months after completion of breast cancer treatment (such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy); 2. age of 18-64 years old; 3. have a smart phone and can operate it skillfully; 4. have agreed to take part in this study and fill in the questionnaire independently; (5) the last 6 months not received activity behavior intervention and not in other intervention on the waiting list.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with breast cancer recurrence or metastasis or severe complications; 2.having cancer other than breast cancer; 3.communication disorders or diagnosed with other patients with mental illness. 4.with severe lung disease (such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe hypertension, interstitial lung disease, severe asthma, etc.), or other diseases may affect the movement, walk.
