Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients were ASA1-3 grade patients aged 18-70 years who required sufentanil induction under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergies, sinus bradycardia, severe neurological, respiratory, or cardiovascular disease, narcotic drug dependence and recent opioid use, liver and kidney dysfunction, pregnancy, lactation, and delivery surgery, and upper respiratory infections within 2 weeks that may cause spontaneous cough.
