Control group:Conventional method for nasotracheal intubation.
Experimental group:Using a sputum suction tube guided through the Murphy's eye for nasotracheal intubation.

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled to undergo oral maxillofacial surgery under general anesthesia; 2.Aged 18 to 65 years; 3.ASA I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA>=III; 2.BMI>=35; 3.Abnormal coagulation function; 4.Oropharyngeal tumor; 5.History of nasal trauma; 6.predictable difficult airway; 7.History of previous skull base fracture or surgery.
