Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were positive for HIV confirmation and met the requirements of the National Free Antiviral Treatment Manual, editions 1 to 4. 2. Age >=18 years old. 3. Maintain antiviral treatment for >=6 months. 4. Initial antiviral treatment was launched at the Infectious Diseases Care Clinic of Liuzhou City People's Hospital. 5. No taken calcium, vitamin D, bisphosphonates and other related drugs to improve bone mineral density within 1 year before the start of antiviral treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have no baseline bone mineral density test results and no baseline test results for the baseline factors to be investigated. 2. Poor compliance or failure to regularly monitor bone mineral density.
