Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=65 years and undergoing radical gastrectomy; 2. BMI 18.5 ~ 25kg/m^2; 3. ASA Grade II or III; 4. There was no obvious abnormality in lung function; 5. No spine or thoracic deformity, no difficult airway, asthma or COPD; 6. Estimated operation time >=2h; 7. Volunteer and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative hypertension was not effectively controlled or poorly controlled (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg); 2. severe respiratory complications (including but not limited to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, lung cancer, tuberculosis, etc.); 3. Severe damage to liver and kidney function; Serious cardiovascular system diseases: such as severe arrhythmia, heart failure, acute coronary syndrome and other underlying diseases; 4. Participate in other clinical studies within the last 3 months; 5. Situations in which other researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in the study.
