Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have been diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI of the brain according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage 2019; 2.The course of the disease is within three months, and the tracheostomy is stated;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with incomplete medical records; 2.Patients who were transferred to the ICU due to severe changes in their condition or died during hospitalization;
