Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with malignant tumors based on histology or cytology and staged III or IV according to the TNM staging system; 2. aged >=18 years; 3.aware of their condition; 4. clear consciousness and able to communicate normally; 5. informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. severe psychological or psychiatric disorders; 2. cognitive or communication impairments or a severe condition that the participant cannot cooperate; 3.Ignorance of the condition.
