Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Qualitative interview: Inclusion criteria for breast cancer patients: postoperative patients who have been clearly diagnosed with breast cancer by pathology and are admitted to the hospital for the first time; Age>= 18 years old; Have certain comprehension and communication skills; Those who agree to join this study and voluntarily cooperate. Inclusion criteria for medical staff: 5 years of experience in breast cancer-related medical treatment and nursing ; Informed consent to this study and voluntary participation in the interview. 2. Correspondence experts: bachelor degree or above; Intermediate or above titles; 10 years or more in a related field (medical, nursing, scale development, etc.); Voluntary participation in this study with sufficient time to fully consult with you. 3. Questionnaire survey: patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer after surgery through pathology; Discharge from the hospital on the day the doctor's order is given; Age>= 18 years; Have certain comprehension and communication skills; Those who agree to join this study and voluntarily cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Qualitative interview: breast cancer patients: those with other serious diseases or serious complications; Those with cognitive or psychiatric impairment; Subjects who fail to complete the interview consistently. Health care workers: trainee doctors or nurses; Subjects who fail to complete the interview consistently. 2. Questionnaire: those with other diseases or serious complications; with cognitive or psychiatric impairment; Subjects who fail to complete the interview consistently.
