Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for HIE and be confirmed by MRI; 2. Manifested by different degrees of limb tremor, cyanosis of the lips, suffocation, consciousness disorder and other symptoms; 3. The subjects in both groups were full-term delivery, and their family members knew the purpose and process of the study, and signed the consent form under the principle of voluntariness; 4. Reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Craniocerebral injury diseases caused by severe infection, congenital heart disease, hereditary metabolic disease, central nervous system disease, intracranial hemorrhage, etc.; 2. The child's vital signs are unstable; 3. Seizures, etc.
