Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >=60 years; 2. elderly people living in the community or in nursing homes; 3. informed consent to the study and voluntary participation in the project; 4.conscious, able to read or express themselves verbally, and with no barriers to communication with the investigators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. individuals with speech and language difficulties and hearing impairment.; 2.elderly individuals with poor compliance.
