Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with femoral head necrosis through bilateral hip joint anteroposterior X-rays, bilateral hip joint CT, and MRI, and the patient is in stage II of the International Bone Circulation Research Association (ARCO); the patient's age should be between 20 and 60 years, regardless of gender; after tissue engineering repair treatment; the patient must be willing to undergo postoperative rehabilitation treatment and follow-up assessment for 8 months and meet the inclusion criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: history of long-term hormone use; inability to tolerate or unwillingness to cooperate with rehabilitation training, and unwillingness to participate in follow-up.
