4 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 4-14 years. 2. Diagnosed with epilepsy according to the 2017 ILAE guidelines and 2015 China Anti-Epilepsy Association (CAAE) diagnostic and treatment guidelines, based on clinical manifestations, electroencephalogram (EEG) findings, and neuroimaging results. 3. No history of:Other neurological disorders.Head trauma with loss of consciousness.Abuse of psychostimulants, opioids, alcohol, or nicotine dependence (for both participants and their parents). 4. Written informed consent obtained from both the child and their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital diseases or chromosomal abnormalities. 2. Children currently participating in other clinical trials. 3. Children with visual or hearing impairments. 4. Patients with comorbid neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, selective mutism). 5. Poor compliance (unable to complete the trial) or unwilling to participate.
