Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >=24 kg/m^2 or waist circumference>=85 cm for men and >=80 cm for women or body fat percentage >20% for men and 25% for women>; 2. With or without one or more of the following related comorbidities: hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, cardiac insufficiency, airway inflammation and other cardiovascular, metabolic and respiratory chronic diseases; 3. Permanent residents of the community.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, and kidney organ dysfunction that seriously affects the patient's life expectancy. For example, heart failure grade III or above, cognitive impairment or dementia (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale MoCA score < 26 points), combined with type I or type II respiratory failure, liver function grade Child-Pugh grade C, renal insufficiency stage 3 or above, etc.; 2. Combined cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (such as myocardial infarction, stroke, aortic dissection, etc.); 3. Unable to cooperate for various reasons; 4. Refusal to participate in this study; 5. Pregnant women.
