Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sepsis according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Sepsis; 2. Characteristics of acute lung injury: hypoxemia (arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2)/inspired oxygen concentration (FiO2) ratio<=300 mmHg); 3. Imaging changes in the lungs (chest imaging showing bilateral infiltrates, such as X-ray or CT examination); 4. No other clear cause of lung injury; 5. Signed informed consent form agreeing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Merge with other major diseases (such as advanced cancer, severe immunodeficiency, etc.);
