Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 30-80 years old; 2. Patients and their families are informed and sign the consent form; 3. All of them were shown by B-ultrasound and other imaging examinations to show gallbladder wall edema; 4. Those who meet the indications for surgery; 5. Those with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe disorders of liver, lungs and other organs; 2. Those with contraindications such as surgery and anesthesia; 3. Patients with abnormal coagulation system or active internal bleeding; 4. Those with physical activity disorders, etc.; 5. Secondary or primary cognitive dysfunction, unconsciousness or abnormal mental behavior, unable to actively cooperate with the researcher.
