Intestinal metaplasia: the abnormal proliferation of the intestinal epithelial mucosa in the stomach instead of the gastric mucosa is an intermediate stage of the gastric cancer cascade from chronic gastritis and atrophy to dysplasia and adenocarcinoma.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those diagnosed with IM for the first time; 2.Sex is not limited and age is 18-75 years old; 3.Residence in the Liuzhou area for >= 12 months; 4.Hp test is negative. Have not been taking acid-suppressing drugs in the last 3 months and have not been taking acid-suppressing drugs in the last 1 week; 5.Patients who have been approved by the hospital ethics committee and who are willing to undergo the assessment and who have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the diagnosis of IM but lack clinical symptoms or whose self-reported symptoms are unclear or uncooperative; 2.Age 75; 3.Patients with microscopic diagnosis or suspected autoimmune gastritis (type A gastritis); patients with coexisting organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (ulcers, perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.), pathological diagnosis of IN (or suspected malignant lesions and malignant metastases), and a history of abdominal surgery; 4.Combination of serious diseases of other important organs of the system (e.g. heart failure, pneumonia, stroke, cirrhosis of the liver, nephrotic syndrome, cancer, etc.) and inability to complete the final study due to physical or mental problems; 5.Participation in clinical trials of other relevant drugs is ongoing; 6.Pregnant and lactating women;
