Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 1,000 cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Huzhou Normal University and 500 cases from other medical centers (Ningbo Yinzhou Second Hospital, Huzhou Central Hospital) diagnosed with "upper urinary tract stones" who underwent transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy between July 2020 and December 2024. (1) Aged between 18 and 80 years; (2) Preoperatively diagnosed with upper urinary tract stones; (3) All stone specimens were extracted via transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy; (4) Underwent preoperative urinary system CT scan; (5) Received preoperative blood and urine tests for clinical indicators; (6) Postoperative stone specimens were analyzed for composition via infrared spectroscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete clinical data; (2) Underwent urinary system CT examination at another hospital before surgery; (3) Complicated with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) Complicated with urinary system tumors; (5) Complicated with severe coagulation disorders, severe respiratory, circulatory, or neurological system diseases; (6) Complicated with urethral stones and bladder stones.
