Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury under the international standard for neurological classification of spinal cord injury (2019 edition), and has been clearly diagnosed with C4~C6 cervical spinal cord injury by CT or MRI; 2. The patient is in stable condition and is allowed to participate in comprehensive training as unanimously assessed by neurology experts; 3. The patient is right-handed and able to cooperate with training and examination; 4. Able to understand the content of the relevant questionnaire under the analysis of medical staff; 5. No limb dysfunction and cognitive impairment before the onset of the disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with multiple or secondary intracerebral hemorrhage; 2. Combined with brain abscess, meningitis, brain trauma and other brain parenchymal diseases; Patients with dysfunction of important organs such as heart, liver, and kidney; 3. Impairment of consciousness in patients with cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons; 4. Severe vision and hearing impairment; 5. History of previous mental illness; 6. Severe speech impairment (aphasia or dysarthria); 7. Severe memory and attention disorders.
