Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the needs of the condition, patients who require blood gas testing during routine diagnosis and treatment in the past, including those before surgery, during surgery, before leaving the room, before blood transfusion, after blood transfusion, before and after volume blood dilution, as well as patients who the anesthesiologist deems necessary to understand Hb levels, electrolytes, oxygenation, and other conditions for blood gas analysis. 2.Ability to comply with research protocols; 3.Age over 18 years old, Hb fluctuation of 1.5g/dl (including before and after blood transfusion, before and after surgery, when entering and exiting the room, etc.);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusing to participate as a researcher; 2.Individuals who are unable to cooperate in their mental state, suffer from mental illnesses, lack self-control, and are unable to express themselves clearly; 3. Combined eye diseases, eye radiation treatment, nail polish application, etc; 4.Combining diseases such as carbon monoxide poisoning, nitrite poisoning, jaundice, etc. that can change the color of the eyelid conjunctiva and nail bed; 5. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for this clinical trial participant.
