Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with the indication of arterial puncture catheterization: hemodynamic monitoring through the artery is required, arterial blood gas analysis and collection are required, and vasoactive drugs are guided for controlled hypotension or pressure enhancement. (2) Patients or family members agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have a mental illness or cannot cooperate with the operator; (2) Allen test was positive during radial artery puncture; (3) Patients with infection, trauma, or surgical history at or near the puncture site have serious vascular disease at the puncture side; (4) There is abnormal coagulation function, such as hypercoagulability.
