Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus according to the diagnostic criteria in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 edition); 2.Age >40 and <= 80 years, any gender; 3.Patients who completed QCT and DXA bone density examinations during hospitalization and completed a standardized questionnaire (including lifestyle, past diseases, history of smoking and drinking, history of medication such as adrenal cortex hormones, and risk factors in FRAX fracture risk assessment); 4.Have complete clinical information and body measurement data; 5.Normal mental and cognitive status, not long-term bedridden patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other types of diabetes; 2.Presence of diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as thyroid dysfunction, parathyroid disease, bone tumors, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Cushing's syndrome, metabolic bone disease and other endocrine diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, inflammatory bowel disease and other nutritional dysfunctions, etc; 3.Long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids; 4.Those with incomplete information collection.
