Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to Pell&Gregory classification, the type of impaction was low impaction. 2. Age of 18-40 years old; 3. good physical health without systemic diseases; 4. No history of smoking or <10 cigarettes/d; 5. There was no obvious abnormality in coagulation function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute and uncontrolled pericoronary inflammation; 2.patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 3. abnormal coagulation function; 4. pregnant and lactating women; 5. mentally abnormal and cannot cooperate with the surgery.
