Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-75 years old, regardless of gender; 2.Maintenance hemodialysis (>= 3 months) and blood purification treatment 3 times a week; 3.The vascular access was autologous arteriovenous fistula or artificial vessels, and the blood flow was >= 200mL/min; 4.Voluntarily sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have participated in other interventional clinical trials within a month; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients with a New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) grade 4 or who had acute coronary syndrome or myocardial infarction within 3 months prior to study start; 4.Patients with active bleeding within 2 weeks (such as cerebral hemorrhage, digestive tract hemorrhage, fundus hemorrhage, etc.); 5.Patients with unstable blood pressure (preoperative systolic blood pressure >= 180 or = 100mmHg or = 140g/L); 6.Patients with severe infections (hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels 10 times higher than the upper limit of normal); 7.Patients with a history of drug addiction or serious mental disorders; 8.Investigators considered that they could not participate in the study;
