Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with FAP who have an intact colon or have undergone partial colectomy; 2.The number of adenomas >=10 mm in diameter in the colon is 15 or more.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Endoscopic diagnosis of deep invasive submucosal carcinoma; 2. Bleeding tendency, using anticoagulants; 3. Those with coagulation disorders; 4. Those with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 5. Inadequate bowel preparation (Boston score <6).
