Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria: Patients with advanced heart failure must meet condition (1) and either condition (2) or (3). (1) Patients with a clear history of chronic heart failure or LVEF=40%, persistently elevated (or higher than before) natriuretic peptide levels, and evidence of severe cardiac diastolic dysfunction or structural abnormalities of the left ventricle 3) more than one unscheduled outpatient or emergency department hospitalization in the past year due to: a. Pulmonary or systemic congestion requiring high-dose intravenous diuretics or diuretic combination therapy b. Hypotension due to decreased cardiac output requiring (or dependent on) inotropic or vasoactive agents c. Malignant arrhythmias: ventricular tachyarrhythmias (ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia) and chronic arrhythmias causing hemodynamic instability (degree III atrioventricular block, cardiac arrest) 4) significant impairment of exercise tolerance estimated to be due to cardiac causes leading to inability to exercise, or 6-minute walk distance =50mmHg c. or oxygenation index <=250

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refused to participate in the study; (2) Patients who were unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire for various reasons; (3) Patients who were unable to complete follow-up visits for various reasons.
