Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants voluntarily enrolled in the study and provided written informed consent; (2) Aged 18–55 years; (3) Chronic low back pain (LBP) persisting for >3 months, with no analgesic medication use within the preceding two weeks; (4) No history of lumbar disc herniation, scoliosis, spinal trauma, or surgical interventions; (5) Absence of intracranial metallic implants, epilepsy, psychiatric disorders, or malignancies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of lower limb numbness; (2) Suspected or confirmed pregnancy; (3) Patients deemed by the investigator to be ineligible for study participation.
