Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All of them met the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis vulgaris . 2 No drugs affecting the disease, such as glucocorticoids, biologics, immunosuppressants, retinoids and other drugs, have been used in the past 1 month, and no treatment history has been shown; 3. Good treatment compliance and cooperation; 4. accessible communicators; 5. NB-UVB irradiation in this study was well tolerated; 6. The patient's condition is in a quiescent stage; 7. All participants participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe lipid metabolism abnormalities; 2. Female patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 3. Patients with allergic reaction to the investigational drug; 4. Systemic lupus erythematosus or xeroderma pigmentosum and other skin diseases; 5. Patients with skin cancer or other malignant tumors; 6. The patient's condition was in the active stage.
