Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults (age >= 18 years) 2. All non-esophageal thoracoscopic lung surgery patients (the clean-contaminated wounds) 3. Incision assessed as healing well at the time of chest tube removal and expected to be discharged smoothly 4. ECOG PS score of 0-1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to sign the informed consent form 2. Maximum surgical incision greater than 10 cm 3. Postoperative chest tube drainage time > 6 days, postoperative hospital stay > 7 days 4. Postoperative pulmonary infection requiring antibiotics for more than 3 days 5. Inflammatory lesions such as fungal infections, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, etc. 6. History of incision infection 7. Previous surgery on the same side of the chest or breast 8. Long-term use of corticosteroids or other immunosuppressive agents 9. Patients who have received neoadjuvant therapy or radiotherapy/chemotherapy within the past year 10. Autoimmune diseases, diabetes, keloid-prone skin, or skin diseases at the incision site 11. Severe malnutrition, severe anemia, or liver cirrhosis, uremia; 12. Patients with mental disorders.
