Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal mass detected by ultrasound, suspected or diagnosed as hepatoblastoma; 2. The puncture or surgical specimen is pathologically diagnosed as hepatoblastoma, and there is a specific pathological type; 3. Hepatoblastoma stained with immunohistochemical CD34; 4. Children with hepatoblastoma who need ultrasound microbubble perfusion imaging to guide needle biopsy and ultrasound microbubble perfusion imaging to guide the scope of intraoperative resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The pathological specimen is incomplete and the pathological classification is uncertain; 2. Echocardiography found that the child had any heart problems with viral or bacterial infection, and the body temperature exceeded 38.5°C (the next examination can be carried out after the symptoms are eliminated); 3. Have a viral or bacterial infection, and the body temperature exceeds 38.5°C; 4. Failure to obtain the consent of parents or legal guardians; 5. Older girls are uncertain about whether they are pregnant or not; 6. Have a clear history of allergies in the past.
