Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnosis and Efficacy Evaluation Criteria for Stroke, the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, and the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage, and is the first onset of the disease; 2.The course of the disease is <= 6 months, and the age is 40-79 years old; 3.Classification of standing balance function: 1-2 levels; 4.No history of epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, or severe heart disease in the past; 5.No pacemaker, intracranial metal implants, etc. in the body; 6.Have not taken sleeping pills such as alprazolam, estazolam, and clonazepam recently; 7.No loss or infection in the head acupuncture and moxibustion area; 8.Patients can tolerate acupuncture and moxibustion treatment; 9.Right handedness; 10.Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe aphasia or cognitive impairment; 2.combined with other neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease and brain atrophy; 3.Individuals with severe kidney, liver, heart, blood, and endocrine system diseases; 4.Having inner ear or vestibular system diseases; 5.Unilateral neglect exists; 6.Suffering from severe visual impairment; 7.Individuals with a history of epilepsy, mental illness, or family history (including febrile seizures during infancy), or those who have recently taken tricyclic drugs to lower the threshold for epileptic seizures; 8.History of previous silver clip cerebral aneurysm ligation surgery, especially with old style arterial clips; 9.Those who do not cooperate with this study.
