Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III; 2. 18 years old <= Age <= 65 years old; 3.Patients scheduled for thyroid surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 2. History of central nervous system disease, psychiatric disease or speech communication disorder; 3. myocardial infarction within 6 months before screening, resting ECG heart rate 30kg/m^2; 5. Renal replacement therapy required or Child Pugh C grade; 6. Patients with severe respiratory tract pathologies (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, mouth opening disorder, limited neck or jaw movement,tracheal compression, etc.); 7. Long-term history of sedative, antidepressant or psychoactive drug abuse, history of alcoholism, etc; 8. Pregnancy or lactation; 9. Allergy to any drug used in this study.
