Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses who have obtained the nurse practice qualification certificate; 2. Engage in clinical nursing; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Practical nurse; 2. Nurses who are not on duty for further study, sick leave, maternity leave, etc.
