Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Patients with stroke confirmed by computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 3. Visit the emergency department and/or neurology and/or neurosurgery; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffers from unstable cerebrovascular disease; 2.The condition is unstable; 3.In addition to the illiterate, the elderly other vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women and so on;
