Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The medical record system diagnoses (records) or self-reports IBD patients; 2.Complete baseline clinical data (demographic information, disease activity score, laboratory tests, endoscopy/imaging reports) and follow-up records (at least 12 months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of non-IBD-related anemia (e.g., hemolytic anemia, megaloblastic anemia); 2.Incomplete clinical data; 3.Associated with other systemic inflammatory diseases.
