Conditions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age ranges from 4 months to 18 years old. The diameter of the Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD) is 3 to 12 mm. It is of the perimembranous type or the subpulmonary type. In terms of hemodynamics, it is mainly left-to-right shunt or bidirectional shunt with the left-to-right shunt as the main pattern; 2.and the defect is in good alignment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subarterial ventricular septal defect; 2.Other associated malformations include: pulmonary artery stenosis, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, etc., overriding aorta, aortic valve prolapse, moderate to severe regurgitation of the mitral valve or tricuspid valve, severe pulmonary arterial hypertension.
